Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Center or contact customer service to provide your order number and receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Pack Securely

  Place the item in its original packaging with all included accessories and manuals, ensuring the RA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label (if applicable) or use a trackable shipping method to send your package to our centralized distribution center.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement within 7-10 business days.
